The Fourth Annual Epiphany Children's Film Festival will take place in New York City on Friday April 12, 2013 and will showcase films from around the world made for and/or by children, including
animation, live action and documentary films. Professional filmmakers, students and children alike are eligible to enter. Prize money awards for Best
Short Film, Best Student Film and Best Epiphany School Student Film.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-All DVD's must be labeled with title,
director's name, and running time.
-Filmmakers must own rights to submit films,
and must have legal permission to use elements within the film owned by others,
such as music.
-Filmmakers agree to allow the festival to
use the film for ongoing non-commercial promotional and publicity purposes
related to publicizing and advancing knowledge of the festival.
-Participants shall indemnify and hold
harmless The Epiphany School, The Church of the Epiphany and the Epiphany
Children's Film Festival from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses,
damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees and costs
of the court.) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving
copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening and loss of or damage to
the screening DVD's entered.
ABOUT THE EPIPHANY SCHOOL
The Epiphany School is a Catholic school for
children in Nursery through 8th Grade, located at 234 East 22nd Street in New
York City. The mission of The Epiphany School is to educate the whole
child: intellectually, spiritually, socially, emotionally and
physically. Fundamental to this mission is the development of children
with strong moral and ethical character who will contribute to society in
meaningful ways.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR FILM:
GENERAL RULES
Submit 2 DVD copies of your film, application form and a $15 per film entrance fee for non-students, $10 for students K - 12, college or university.
The entry must be labeled with entrant's name, address, phone, email address, film title and TOTAL RUNNING TIME.
Films must be approximately 10 minutes and under in total running time.
For an entry's return, submit a stamped, self-addressed envelope and letter requesting return.
DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF SUBMISSIONS: March 15, 2013 but DVD's are accepted year round.
